Supporting the eight hotel brands of Deutsche Hospitality from the headquarters in the daily challenging and varied tasks is a dream job for you?

Your Tasks:

• Support development team in sourcing, negotiating and signing new contracts
• Research for markets, locations and specific projects with focus on Management and Franchise agreements
• Creation of the committee templates
  Permanent revision and adaptation of internal
  documents and template
• Maintenance of department-relevant databases
  internally and externally
• Assistance with special tasks and projects to the
  Executive Board and colleagues
• Location analysis of projects as well as development of market comparisons with focus on Management and Franchise agreements
• Conducting ad-hoc market research, also through
  discussion with industry colleagues, to obtain up-todate information and targeted market research to assess the quality / potential of a site / project
• Attend to local fair and PR activities

Our Requirements:

• You have successfully completed a commercial
  degree or comparable training in the field of real estate or hospitality
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in the hotel or real estate industry
• You enjoy working in an internationally oriented
  company
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
• You are very good organised and able to manage
  multiple tasks at the same time
• MS Office is no problem for you
• You have a good command of written and spoken
  Arabic and English; additional knowledge of German would be an advantage
