Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Finance Director to join our team at AM Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial operations forward.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department, ensuring seamless execution of financial tasks and processes.Develop and implement effective accounting and reporting methodologies to enhance financial transparency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.Design and implement regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.Ensure the effective functioning of internal control mechanisms to mitigate financial risks.Prepare and compile consolidated financial statements, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet.Develop and maintain consolidated forecasts and budgets to inform business decisions.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance metrics, including ROI, ROE, and EVA.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.RequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Previous experience working with international companies and banking systems.Proficiency in English and Russian languages.What We OfferA comfortable and modern workspace in Dubai.A full-time employment schedule with a 5-day workweek.A dynamic and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development with challenging and innovative assignments.A dynamic corporate culture that fosters strong team cohesion.Please note that the HR department only accepts applications through the JOIN platform.
