We are committed to finding the best candidates for our clients.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Production Controller to oversee and manage the production processes in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. As a Production Controller, you will collaborate with various teams to optimize production workflows and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of necessary materials and resources.Oversee the allocation of resources and equipment to maximize production output.Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold product standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and optimize efficiency.Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize output.Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance analysis.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Indepth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.Additional Requirements: Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physiounits, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
