During your tenure as a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

• Work in a collaborative team performing market research and analysis
• Leverage your education and experience to develop your understanding of our clients’ business
• Assist in the review and analysis of various client’s issues
• Assist in the review of market performance data and operational metrics (e.g. hotel P&Ls)
• Contribute to presentation materials for client’s engagements
• Assist Partners, Directors and Managers in client pursuits and eminence building activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Real Estate
• Relevant internships, summer positions, or one to two years’ experience with a multinational organization in the hospitality industry
• Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard working
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet strict deadlines at a high pace and in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to travel within MENA region
• Fluency in English, command of Arabic is a strong plus
