The Talent Vendor Management team focuses on managing the relationship with the vendors and will be supporting all operational activities involved in providing vendor solutions to the businesses. The role includes vendor sourcing and empanelment, vendor governance, vendor relationships, performance including processing of invoice payments in collaboration with Finance teams. The role will involve working with the Businesses, coordinating with Risk, Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable / Finance and CoE in identifying and providing vendor solutions. To participate in the development and implementation of end-to-end processes, including the tools to manage incoming requests.
Well versed with Aspects of Vendor Management, Contingent Statement of Work, RFP’s, Budgeting and ensure successful outcomes with respect to risk, brand and compliance. Engage with different Business Area teams to understand the process end to end through design, development, and implementation. You will liaise with the Businesses and CoE teams across geographies to understand their strategies and provide advisory support as well in identifying the potential solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Undertake the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of operations to meet the strategic goals
- Provide high level advice, identify opportunities of efficiencies, risk management and continuous quality improvement by working with the management team
- Research into market data as well as user demographics to make well-informed decisions on future business strategies and roadmaps
- Adherence to Deloitte compliance norms of payments and experience (candidates and vendors)
- Perform spend & market analytics to identify best available market price for the ongoing project
- Develop metrics and SLA dashboards, spend analytics, solutions for CoE
- Drive operations projects which include stakeholder management and collaboration with Businesses, Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Talent CoEs, legal (OGC), Risk and leadership
- Ability to analyze data, work on various reporting requirements for Exco and Leadership
- Work with Businesses other stakeholders for reporting needs and provide inferences
- Provide high level advice, identify opportunities of efficiencies, risk management and continuous quality improvement by working with the management team
- Being creative in identifying new techniques and processes to streamline and increase efficiency and effectiveness of current work-stream
- Hands-on leadership required to proactively identifying and working towards mitigating key business risks
- Participate and shape discussions on scaling up operations, process changes and business priorities
- Attract, retain and develop high-caliber team members; create and sustain a positive, collaborative, supportive and innovative environment through regular feedback and mentorship
- Responsible for providing training to members of the team, monitoring the quantity and quality of the work in progress, coaching and mentoring employees on performance
