We are looking for a Talent Partner to join the People & Culture team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.
Your mission:
Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events, participate in the development of long-term recruitment and development strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential heroes. Ultimately create a strong Internal and external talent pipelines for the company’s current and future needs.
Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate and recruitment and selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and virtual
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
Participate in designing job descriptions and the preparation for interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and company values
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Provide an analysis monthly and quarterly of talent report by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Perform other duties as requested by line manager

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BA, Management, or a Related Field
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Bayt, LinkedIn and Twitter,..etc)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
Hands-on experience in learning & Development, creating a learning culture using various learning methods and techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
