Purpose of Job:

Support the Middle East HR team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely onboarding of staff and smooth operation of the People and Workplace function.

Main Responsibilities:

Liaise with third party PROs to process visas, labor cards, renewals, cancellations etc Prepare employment contracts in line with local laws and company policies Advise on policies and respond to employee queries Onboard and conduct orientation for new joiners Prepare employee documentation – salary certificates, NOCs etc Process Workday updates (eg reporting line changes, annual leave changes, allowance updates) and prepare reports Support HRBPs and Head of People with ad-hoc projects (eg training, compensation reviews, performance reviews etc) Send employee communications Prepare slides and facilitate All Hands/Huddle meetings, update policies and intranet sites, and support with audit requests etc Support internal engagement programs and initiatives Any other tasks as directed by Line Manager

Requirements:

Good understanding of UAE Labor Laws and visa processes, with Kuwait and Qatar (QFC) highly beneficial
Proficient user of Workday Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills at all levels A proactive mindset and a great sense of humour Proficient user of G-Suite and capable of preparing reports with basic formulas
