David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an English speaking Business Development Manager to join their team.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote in United Arab Emirates

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, other business or social networking
• Design and propose technical Call Centre/BPO solutions to address business requirements and strategic priorities of a need or request from a client
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales
• Follow industry trends locally and internationally
• Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts
• Lead and motivate virtual teams to deliver profitable, multi-year contracts
• Lead end to end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and strategic direction through to transition planning and final implementation
• Engage with marketing to drive lead generation
• Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partner
• Implement best practices and ensure consistent performance
• Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or client
• Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in English, both oral and written
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or Marketing and related disciplines is essential
• At least 5 years’ experience working with the BPO structure, by functions (agents, supervision, quality and training)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess strong commercial awareness and experience of sales forecasting and reporting
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Adopt a creative, collaborative and focussed approach to business problem solving, with excellent organizational skills
• Be articulate, confident and tenacious with the ability to self-manage and use initiative
• Understand strategic selling, ability to negotiate and close major deals
• Have a detailed awareness of Vertical Market Sectors
• Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
• Flexibility to work in the office/side with shifting or flexible working hours.
