*JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB CONTENT
ERP / Software Customizations & Development
ERP Administration (i.e.: add users, manage security, update reports, etc ).
Configure ERP System to business requirements, Customizing screens and functionality.
Extend system functionality through software development.
Automate business processes through software development
Implement and deploy client solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Develop custom solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and possess experience with integrating and migrating CRM to other applications, such as back office / ERP applications
Communicate effectively with the business analyst, business leaders, and SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs
Create high level work plans based on accurate methods to estimate and plan effort.
Perform gap analysis between requirements and the functionality within CRM
Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with business unit objectives
Database Development
Designing and developing application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system efficiency.
Analyzing ERP databases and client/server environments.
Develop, test, and implement queries, and functions
Develop, test, and implement Integrations

ERP Admin:
Analyzing business needs and providing tools to improve user processes
Providing general and ERP technical support to users in the absence of the regular IT tech to keep the business running efficiently.
End user training, monitor and follow up Server maintenance and backups with System Administrator.
User creation and User licensing – User rolls and permission assigning
Data Imports and Export using CRM and AX Data management.
Participating in Meeting with ERP Company and updating status to higher level management.
Coordinating and providing support to other IT projects to move towards a more integrated environment.
ERP Maintenance:
Assisting with the development, Planning and maintenance of the ERP.
Customizing and configuring workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications.
Determines scope of the project. Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP.
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet AQAAR needs.
Requirements
BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
1-3 years developing in .NET stack
Knowledge with SQL and SSIS
Knowledge implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications is plus
Agile, Waterfall or PMP certified plus
Arabic proficiency is a must
