It is a cloud-based SaaS and enables the organizations to manage salary increments, bonuses, sales incentives, LTI and reward programs in a highly smart, efficient, and engaging way and thus adding value to the organizations in the form of higher employee engagement, productivity and revenue.
We are looking for someone with a deep passion, strategic and creative with a proven record of delivering exceptional results. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for devising, developing, and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the business that supports our aggressive growth plans.
Key Responsibilities of this Role:
Develop product messaging that differentiates Compport from others in the market. Conduct a thorough competitor study to identify and communicate product differentiation
Plan, drive and execute authentic and compelling storytelling and content creation
Communicate the benefits of our product to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Conceptualize topics, strategies, and communications to maximize visibility and conversion at conferences, roundtables, and product marketing webinars
Through interviews, surveys, product usage data and customer interactions, gain insight into how the customers are leveraging Compport to succeed at their Compensation Digitization agenda and communicate it to the target audience through diverse and functionally deep case studies
Partner with relevant 3rd parties and knowledge leaders to deliver research-based content and whitepapers that would evangelize the new features launched by Compport
Ideate and execute campaigns in digital and offline platforms to promote the value of the product
Plan and execute virtual and physical events including but not limited to Roundtables, Webinars, LIVE streaming, etc. aligned with the objectives
Track & report on all marketing KPIs, meet targets on SQLs and Opportunities
Manage the marketing budget
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
HR related experience will give you an, almost unfair, advantage.
2+ years of owning a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Good at measuring and analyzing and have understanding about key SaaS metrics.
Solid project management and communications skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced company environment
Self-motivated to take up high degree of ownership
Great communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and social media
