DARVASH PROPERTIES:
We are seeking an experienced and driven LEASING AND Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. We are a newly established Real Estate Brokerage company seeking an experienced individual who will be responsible for maximizing profitability and efficiency by implementing company policies and standards, developing strategic goals, and ensuring operational costs are minimized. The LEASING AND SALES/Operations Manager will also play a key role in fine-tuning operational methods, implementing quality and customer-service standards, and managing the training and development of our team.

Responsibilities:

– Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
– Develop strategic goals to drive company growth and make a significant impact on profitability
– Monitor operational costs and identify ways to minimize expenses
– Improve the efficiency of departments by fine-tuning operational methods
– Provide new joiners with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for their roles
– Develop training calendar and methods to support departmental training needs
– Implement quality and customer-service standards by developing policies and procedures
– Supervise sales and leasing administrators, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
– Oversee sales and leasing agents, maximizing compliance with policies and procedures
– Prepare operational reports for the General Manager
– Liaise with regulatory and governing bodies like Dubai land Department, Rent Dispute Committee, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
-Experienced in the Ejari system.
– Manage and implement new IT and technical systems to improve business efficiency
– Stay up-to-date with local and international property market laws and regulations
– Implement checks and balances to mitigate operational risks
– Ensure departmental policies and objectives align with corporate policies and procedures

Requirements:
– RERA CERTIFIED
– knowledge off plan projects also
– Fluency in English and (Arabic or Hindi) languages
– Previous experience with the Ejari system
– In-depth understanding of local and international property market laws and regulations
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and highly organized
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
