Responsibilities

• Manage information technology, computer systems and servers.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Maintaining the appearance of Company websites by enforcing content standards and digital media platforms.
• Design flyers, promotions, presentations, broachers and manage social media.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IT Support or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with servers and computer networks, Server and network administration and network installation.
• A strong portfolio of Microsoft Office365 administration, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

· BS in Computer Science with minimum 5-year UAE experience.

• Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
