Job DescriptionFunctional Accountabilities:Very comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services, outlets and DubaiIs a source of information, help and assistance to all guests and colleaguesEnsures that main driveway looks immaculately clean at all times Ensures that all guest are attended in time and avoiding potential complaints by acting pro-active and demonstrate a caring demeanour Ensures to alert management in case of unusual high business volume and/or guest complaints Ensure safe and secure working conditions for guests and colleaguesAdhere to all standards for welcome and farewell procedures.To be aware of all fire prevention and safety regulations and procedures at all timesTo report all emergency calls immediately to the managementManages the arrivals of large coaches and stretch limousinesEnsure that all guest luggage is handled swiftly and safelyEnsure that standards are always maintained and improved at all timesAny other duties as may be reasonably requested by the management Qualifications and Experience:Essential:Physical Fitness, must be able to stand for extended timePreferred previous experience as Doorman/Bell AttendantHandling guest complaints at highest service levelsDealing with high profile guests2 years’ experience in a five star hotel in the Middle EastKnowledge of DubaiSecondary School degree/Diploma
