Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:General document control and administrative works, well-organized, pays close attention to detail, and has preferably had some experience in Procurement/Contracts Dept., assisting to prepare/compile contracts. Tracking and updating the log of all issued contracts, and sending reports to various departments on a weekly basis.Supporting the department by performing data entry, word processing and spreadsheet preparation onto the standard templates, by extracting relevant information from vendors documents. Should have keen eye for detail.Liaise with Compliance Dept. to obtain information on the relevant Damac project entity name and its authorized signatory for preparing contracts. Follow up with other dept. for all pending issues relating to the review & approval of contracts and updating the status report on daily basis.Circulate signed contracts documents to all relevant parties. Liaise & coordinate with other departments for the signing of contracts. Review & check completeness of the contracts documents before signingCreate and maintain a variety of logs/summaries (computer and hard copy including confidential files) to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is availableQualifications And Experience B achelor’s in any relevant degree. Strong organizational and communication skills.Prior 3-4 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role in construction or development companyStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
