Reporting to Head of Retail

• You will implement effective visual merchandising in stores in order to maximise store sales
• You will coach stores on executing and delivering brand expectations
• Reporting to the Head of Retail, this diverse role will see you responsible for all aspects of visual merchandising across your region of stores (150 stores)
• You will be responsible for management of the Area Visual Merchandising managers (4-5) and the store visual merchandisers (across 150 stores)
• Provide feedback to store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved
• Report on store brief execution and standards
• Provide feedback to Head of Retail regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues
• Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities

Skills

• Ideally you will have previously worked within a fast paced, large scale format visual merchandising roles involving store launches, and have solid management experience
• You will be a confident problem solver with an analytical approach to decision making
• Pay incredible attention to detail and interpret data to drive commercial selection
• Excellent communication and presentation skills including written, visual and verbal
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced trading environment

This role is 50% office based and 50% out in stores
