Job Summary
Hospital & Medical Centers is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Relations team. The incumbent will be responsible to acquaint patient’s with health support services, to include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, provide relevant information on health services of the hospital.
Experience
The applicant must possess at least minimum two years’ similar position and in a hospital is preferred.
The applicant must have a higher diploma. University graduate will be preferred.
