Collaborate with industry stakeholders to enhance our reputation and reach.Revenue Generation: Develop and execute revenue generation strategies to ensure financial sustainability, which may include fundraising, grant applications, sponsorships, and business development initiatives.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the culinary education sector. Utilize this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and develop innovative programs.Business Development Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our offerings, both locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Specialist and Communications Officer to create marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate our unique value proposition and engage with our target audience.Alumni Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our alumni, leveraging their success stories to demonstrate our impact and value.Collaboration: Work closely with other members of our department to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.Budget Management: Manage our department’s budget effectively to maximize resources for growth and sustainability.Team Leadership: The Business Development Manager is accountable for leading, mentoring, and developing our business development team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the education or culinary sectors.Proven success in driving business growth, developing partnerships, and generating revenue.Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business landscape and cultural context.Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.Passion for education and culinary arts, and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
