Your work environment : This is an incredible opportunity to join Crown in a brand-new role as Regional Controller MEA, based at Dubai (UAE). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial control of the commercial process of the Middle East and Africa Region. The role reports directly to the Finance Director MEA and functionally to the Regional Commercial Director MEA.

Your mission in Crown:

• You support the FD and Finance Managers with month-end and quarterly analysis, Rolling Forecasts and budget preparation. Working in close collaboration with the Commercial Team in MEA, your main responsibilities will be to perform Sales & Profitability analysis, to control and monitor the LME/Hedging and any commercial controls under your umbrella. You support Contract and Pricing processes and maintain/develop a market database information for the Region, arrange periodic commercial calls and meetings and help with presentations and analysis linked to board presentations.
• You assist in programming , implementing & monitoring regional projects aimed at process & compliance improvement.

About you:
The successful candidate is a Business or Economics Graduate with a specialization in Accounting/Finance Control, with professional certification, A background in an industrial packaging/ mass production environment and an overall experience of about 5 years in commercial or finance would be useful. He/she should be very familiar to work in complex commercial / financial analysis and should be very comfortable in reading/interpreting financial statements.

You possess a commercial awareness, with attention to detail, a logical approach with effective decision-making/problem-solving skills. You have the ability to communicate at all levels – with strong multi-cultural awareness and strong influencing skills. You are an effective team player able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a continuous improvement mind-set. You are fluent in English, a knowledge of other languages is an advantage. You are IT literate, with advanced Microsoft Excel (macros) skills and a good working experience of JDE and SAP integrated software and process and data driven.”
