The Role
Executive Secretary for our office in Dubai – C&P Real Estate LLC – Full time – immediately Who we are: The C&P Group develops, sells, rents and manages real estate projects. With over 7.300 apartments sold and a current project development pipeline of over € 1 billion, C&P Immobilien AG is the Austrian market leader for investor properties in the private customer segment. Currently, 158 highly committed employees work at 6 locations in Graz, Vienna, Klagenfurt, Berlin, Munich and Dubai. The annual sales volume amounts to € 250 million (2021) and the company’s own asset and existing property portfolio exceeds € 88 million. With our branch office in Dubai we provide both our international and local clients direct access to one of the most spectacular real estate markets in the world. Areas of Responsibility: • Administration and organization of the Dubai business operation including general office tasks; • Supporting the Sr. Executive Assistant in her duties, tasks and responsibilities incl. expense management; • Preparation and editing of presentations for clients including ROI calculations in Excel; • Preparation and follow-up of meetings plus providing information material to customers; • Internal sales support tasks & coordinating with the sales team regarding each steps of the sales process; • Creating the RERA contracts/forms in relation to the sales of properties and real estate; • Preparing the cost- and cash-flow overview for clients before singing the contracts; • Coordinating the steps and handling all tasks around ownership transfers of properties (from client signature) * Arranging and preparing all required documents incl. NOC letters, POAs, company & personal docs * Communication and exchanging information with the Dubai Land Department and Trustee Offices • Coordinating the handover process for completed properties including the required steps to get the key * Handling developer portals; arranging documents and registrations for DEWA, AC, Gas / Internet * Managing property inspections and ensuring snagging to have the property in a perfect condition • Arranging the furnishing of the property including all required goods as per the Dubai Tourism Department; • Maintaining real estate online portals: creating and editing listings, overviewing the credits • Coordinating property viewings with potential buyers, investors or tenants (long- & short-term) • Providing information about new projects and properties for the landing page to our marketing department • Managing schedules and coordination of business trips as well as planning of customer events; What we offer: • Correspondingly good remuneration according to the position • European working environment and career development in an innovative real estate company • Modern workplace in a prestigious office building in Dubai Marina • Residence Visa and the Employee will be taken under the sponsorship of the Company • Annual Medical Allowance worth AED 6,000 will be paid to the Employee on a monthly basis • Flight Allowance worth AED 2,500 will be paid to the Employee • A laptop will be provided and remain the property of the Company

Requirements
Requirements: • Completed commercial education (equivalent to A-level) • Several years of experience in the field of real estate (min. 2 years) • Very good level with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for presentations • High self-initiative and motivation as well as strong communication skills • High level of organizational skills as well as careful and structured work • Authentic, friendly and helpful/supportive business attitude • UAE driving license (preferred)
