Job Title: Corporate Service ExecutiveAt Caliberly, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing company formation and registered agent duties for mainland, free zone, and offshore companies.Responsibilities:Submit all necessary Returns, including Corporate Tax, VAT, and ESR, accurately and on time.Facilitate statutory filings and liaise with Authorities.Assist in minutes and resolutions drafting, as well as other corporate documents.Ensure compliance with relevant UAE laws and regulations.Serve as a key liaison with clients, auditors, local authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Monitor key performance indicators to achieve revenue targets.Promote the company’s brand, value proposition, and service offerings.Prepare client proposals and marketing materials.Support the Executive team in implementing expansion strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.Requirements:Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Company Secretarial, Accounting, or a relevant field.ICSA or ACCA/ACCA qualifications, or relevant experience, will be an advantage.At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French; any other language is an advantage.Sound knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, and local procedures.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience in Graphic Design and AI tools is an advantage.Additional Information:Candidate must be a UAE resident.Candidate not currently a UAE resident, must possess prior working experience in the UAE and be willing to relocate.
