Job Overview:
This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the sales and marketing organization. Duties may include standard activities such as communications to both the internal team and customers, word processing and scheduling meetings for the Cluster leader. He/she is also responsible for supporting HCC activities like Due Diligence for third parties intermediates (TPI), Agents and Distributors Contracts, procurement process coordination & preferred supplier selection, PO processing & monitoring and other MEA functions (HR, Finance etc.) in their interaction with the local organization. Takes initiative to follow up on relevant issues and informs manager of status as well. In addition, he /she represents all Cluster Employees in the Health and Safety Program and Team. Further he/she ensures a continuous update on the market in order to increase and ensure the competitiveness of Cordis products.
