Partner with Founder, CEO and team to develop, plan, and execute a marketing strategy that connects to our target and existing market to expand the awareness of the brand and create a long term consumers Oversee and ensure the editorial calendar and planning for the Scarlett Poppies social channels is in line with all SP branding and aesthetic, partnering with internal and external parties to ensure communication is effective and has ROI through main channels of Instagram, TikTok and broadening the brands identity into such platforms of Youtube and PinterestSupport the story / asset planning and selection process for a comprehensive social editorial program. Manage and oversee collection photoshoots including budgets for campaign, e.comm and content creation and all additionally needed imagery for marketing assets · Create visually stunning and high-quality photography and videos that align with the brand’s aesthetic and objectives. Develop concepts and execute photoshoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and styling.Create ROI recaps for major programs and perfect content across channels to improve both internal and external communication.Stay versed in day-to-day topics relevant to the Scarlett Poppies brand.Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital contentManaging companies website, external advertising company with your direct report of Marketing Assistant / Social Assistant Identifying and securing partnership and sponsorship opportunitiesHas the ability to think creatively and develop partnerships outside the norm Facilitating events and product launchesAnalyzing and reporting on marketing performance metricsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand goalsManaging the budget for marketing initiativesStrong understanding of customer service within marketing
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field (preferable) 4-6 years of experience in marketing and design specifically in Fashion would be preferred Strong understanding and love of the fashion industry, previous experience within industry is highly preferred Proficiency in design software such as InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite productsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong creative eye and attention to detail· Proficient in photography and video production, including shooting, lighting, and editing techniques.Experience with website management and content management systems specifically ShopifyExperience with social media and email marketing platformsCopy writing skills Experience with event planning (preferred)
