Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our success by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions. Your passion for our products/services, combined with your interpersonal skills, will make a significant impact on our customers’ experience and the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product/service information and recommendations.

Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store or display area to attract customers.

Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and maintain cash register integrity.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product ordering as needed.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Sales Reporting: Accurately record and report sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-focused approach and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Speaking Arabic is a plus.
