The Role
We are currently seeking a well accomplished and highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead a business development team for a software company based in Dubai with specialisation for commercial software catering to construction industry players such as Real Estate Developers, Engineering Consultants, General Contractors, and suppliers. The company has developed state of the art cloud-based software solution catering to the construction industry players. The Jobholder will be fully responsible for executing the business development strategy with tangible results in terms of monetisation and revenue generation. He/She will have proven track record of executing business development strategies with tangible results. Job responsibilities and accountabilities include: – Executing the monetisation strategy with immediate revenue generation – Executing a GTM (Go To Market) strategy with immediate results – Working with Marketing on creating brand awareness with key industry players – Organising seminars in key industry venues – Achieving and exceeding established sales targets – Hiring, training and motivating the sales team – Work with the Software development team on features enhancement as per feedback from clients – Meet Key clients on a regular basis and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements
- Minimum 10 year experience in Business Development / Sales in the construction industry in the UAE, preferably in software sales – Proven track record of business development / corporate sales achievements in the UAE – Bachelors degree from a reputable university in a relevant field – Strong sales and negotiation skills – Strong leadership skills – Strong communication skills – Arabic Speaker preferable but not essential – Strong understanding of technology and software – Entrepreneurial mindset
