Qualifications: Holder of a Technical Diploma or DegreeExperience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the UAE with a valid Driving LicenseSalary: Competitive AED per month, including accommodation Proven hands-on experience in building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems as well as civil maintenance and repair tasks. Responsible for conducting site inspections, resolving snagging issues, and ensuring the quality of work performed and materials utilized on-site. Must be proficient in documentation and reporting.
