Development Director (Real Estate)
Our client is one of the leading real estate companies in the Middle East. Due to expansion, they are looking to make several key appointments within their development division. They are currently looking for a Development Director to join them in the Dubai.
The role would suit candidates who have worked in a similar capacity and have a successful track record with developers of large scale residential, hospitality, leisure or retail projects. Experience should include land identification and acquisition, concept design and master-planning.
On offer is a highly competitive salary package.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From AED80,000.00 per year
