Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement Meet with clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss clients’ requirements, determine scope and deliverables, prepare proposals, and present to clients management Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives Manage projects and programs Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements and Resolving client queries and problems. Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes Communicate with all client management levels Develop solutions for complex client situations to ensure meeting of goals and objectives and deliver results on time Dedicate time to generating new business and pitching clients Develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and current clients. Render quality control for engagement team’s work. Leading business development activities for new proposals and growing business. Requirements Knowledge of financial industry related regulatory compliance, accounting, internal audit, risk management, taxation and governance requirements. Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and the real tools. Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects Strong working knowledge of business management best practices Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team Willingness to travel extensively across the region A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree from a top institution in a business-related field Chartered Accountant, ACCA or CPA qualifications 8 plus years of consulting experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role providing regulatory compliance and other services to the clients of various sectors, preferably experience of working with one or more leading Financial institutions and Management Consultancy Firms.
