## Job Description: Automotive Electrician**Responsibilities:*** Provide comprehensive fault diagnosis, repair plan development, technical guidance, and quality supervision for all vehicles in the repair shop;* Independently handle the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of difficult and complex vehicles;* Collect, organize, and update automotive repair technical information;* Guide and train new employees;* Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.**Qualifications:*** Graduate in automotive repair with a college degree or above;* Have at least 8 years of automotive repair work experience and at least 5 years of repair shop work experience;* Be familiar with the structure, principles, and repair processes of various types of vehicles;* Master various technical means and methods of automotive repair;* Have excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and leadership ability;* Be able to work independently and take responsibility for work.**Additional Notes:*** Applicants must have a solid foundation of automotive repair theory and practical experience, and be able to proficiently use various automotive repair tools and equipment;* Applicants must have strong fault diagnosis and analysis capabilities, and be able to quickly and accurately identify the causes of vehicle failures;* Applicants must have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.**We look forward to your joining us!**
