Provide comprehensive administrative support to the reporting manager.2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.3. Handle emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately.4. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.6. Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and reservations.7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.8. Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.9. Help and support the recruitment function.10. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Recruiter role.2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.7.
