Confidential Looking For Nursery teacher Full Time

Looking for a long term educator for my son who is 5 months old,this is a part time/full time role and the teacher is required to come to my house for a couple hours per day to teach my son.i am looking for a person who would like to do this long term 10-20 years until he has graduated.the location is in mirdiff.any specialization in child development would help
