This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Based in our Dubai Hills office, you’ll have occasional client visits, with most work focused on developing business opportunities, building relationships, and managing operations.Responsibilities:Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion locations.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Operational Oversight: Coordinate deliveries, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring reliable service.Documentation & Reporting: Use Notion to keep work, interactions, and updates well-documented.Technical Support: Provide light support during equipment installation and maintenance.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance business processes and efficiency.What We Offer:Office Location: Work primarily from Dubai Hills, with some client visits.Competitive Salary: Base of 8,000 – 12,000 AED per month, depending on experience.Commission: Additional earnings for closing deals and gaining new clients.Autonomy: Opportunity to take initiative and make an impact.Skills Needed:Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Market Insight: Skilled in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.Partnership Development: Ability to forge strategic partnerships that broaden offerings and foster growth.
