Engage in age-appropriate activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the well-being of all children under your care.Duties:Assist in supervising and monitoring children during playtime and activities.Help create and implement educational and recreational programs.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area and equipment.Follow safety protocols and respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents.Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children’s progress and needs.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field preferred.Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
