Job Description
Qualification: Graduate with both a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or other professional services firm with a marketing background. It is essential that the employee has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.

Job Duties:
•Maintain current and accurate experience lists, descriptions and case studies for use in marketing and business development efforts.
•Assist with the preparation of business development presentations, briefings and new business proposals.
•Maintain an accurate database of clients and other contacts to enable external communication.
•Assist with practice, industry and office-related events, to facilitate the development of the practices and to increase local visibility.
•Assist with the development and execution of marketi development strategies, plans projects.
•Greet visitors and answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, take messages, give information to callers and refer to team members. Retrieve voice mail messages and arrange conference calls.
•Schedule appointments, meeting and conferences and coordinate with team members. Reserve conference room(s) for meetings.
•Acting as a first point of contact, handle incoming business inquiries and phone calls, organizing meetings and appointments, receipt and deliver original doents, prepare outgoing courier, arran messenger daily schedule.
•Check completed doents for spelling errors. Proofread and edits doents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format.
•Review, prioritize, and route incoming mail. Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
