HR Executive (focus on HR Process Improvement & Transformation) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on transformational and strategic initiatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions while supporting the HR Manager for HR transformational plan and execution, implementing innovative strategies to drive organizational growth and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: HR Planning HR Process Improvement Resource Optimization Performance Analysis Technology Integration Employee Relations Employee Engagement HR Compliance Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a focus on transformational and strategic HR initiatives. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to think critically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.Salary : AED 5,000/-
