We are seeking a skilled and experienced Doors & Windows Installation Foreman to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in doors and windows installation, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Doors & Windows Installation Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation process, coordinating the team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of installers in the successful completion of doors and windows installation projects.
Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Provide guidance and training to team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
Collaborate with project managers to review project specifications, timelines, and resource requirements.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and promote a safe work environment.
Address any installation issues, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including time, materials used, and any modifications or changes.
Coordinate with clients, addressing their questions, and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and best practices related to doors and windows installation.

Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience in doors and windows installation, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of different types of doors and windows, installation techniques, and building codes.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
Proficient in using tools and equipment common to the doors and windows installation trade.
Solid understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on-site.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, and team members.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
