LEAD DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Job description:
A Lead development representative researches and finds potential leads (inbound and outbound wise) based on the requirement of both parties and transfers interested parties to the BDM to take forward.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Qualify prospects against established criteria prior to passing them to inside and field reps (Business Development Managers) as sales qualified leads
• Allocate leads as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face or online appointments with Business Development Manager
• Follow up with BDM, post meeting
• Build prospect target list for BDM using tools, research and segmentation (Linkedin outreach, email marketing, etc.)
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan
• Own the company CRM contact management process for the region
• Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales
• Meets or exceeds the lead targets associated with the position
• Collaborates with sales and management to build a qualified pipeline of prospects
• Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made in the CRM system
• Being well-informed about current industry trends and have an ability to talk intelligently about the system being proposed
• Working closely within chosen CRM database to store intelligence and specific follow-ups for these potential opportunities
• Searches internal and external subscription databases, LinkedIn, for additional key contacts within existing companies
Skills
Qualifications for Lead Development Representative:
– 0 – 2 years of inside or outside sales experience
– Very good English and Arabic Language (oral and written) are mandatory
– 2 years Marketing background preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and on the phone
– Mastery of common business technology (email, CRM, MS Office)
– Telephone selling techniques
– Prior telemarketing experience, sales experience and being held to metrics are a plus
– Previous experience selling Software as a Service strongly preferred
– Fresh graduate and or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science
