Require a QS/ Estimation Engineer – Civil with 3-4 years UAE experience in Construction Industry. Should be able to handle Quantity Take off, Estimation, Value Engineering, Liaising and negotiating with suppliers & Sub Contractors, procurement, Documentation, and office & Site coordination.
