The Role
As part of the Middle East (MENA) team based in Dubai, your main responsibilities will include providing an exceptional level of customer support and tracking educational resource orders. You’ll liaise with our Customer Service Team in Manchester, UK to put your strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to use with our current and future international school partners. The role reports directly to the Head of MENA and is a critical element to the success of the new regional office.
Key Duties
- Liaise between international schools and UK office to closely track all customer requests
- Search for and present best-matched resources to international schools
- Liaise with the UK office for product knowledge support
- Ensure accuracy on all customer communication
- Track customer feedback and satisfaction
- Input and track data in CRM
- Send weekly updates to customers
What we need from you
- A high level of attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Worked in international complex environments or similar
- An exceptional level of English
- Can-do approach committed to continuous improvement
