About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Rental Specialist to join our team at Manlift Middle East LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing profitable and sustainable rental activities in line with our rental strategy and budget for targeted accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop rental revenue from national accountsManage own rental performance based on a set of agreed KPIs and targetsGather, analyze, and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunitiesCreate project plans for rentalBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partnersProvide accurate, timely, and complete management information and reports, including but not limited to previous rental and forecasted rentalImplementation of company initiativesParticipate in the professionalization and structuring of the equipment rental process, including CRM system and key account management toolsSupport marketing in the implementation of company marketing plans as neededMaintain up-to-date commercial skills, market, and product knowledgeParticipate in fairs, trade shows, and other relevant eventsSupport and work within the Manlift Way guidelinesAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesFollow up on payments and debtors in coordination with the Credit Control DepartmentRequirementsHigher education degree or work levelExtensive knowledge of heavy equipment / AWP rental market, with at least 3 – 4 years of experience in rental sales and key account managementAbility to understand technical aspects of AWPStrong commercial knowledgeStrong command of English and knowledge of an additional language is an assetExcellent command of MS Office applicationsWilling to work in an international network organizationWhat We OfferFuel Reimbursements for commercial, sales, credit control, and site technicians who visit customers for business purposes.Career opportunities: Plenty of opportunity to build your career within ManliftLaptop and mobile phoneAnnual leave: 25 working days off per year (does not include weekends)About ManliftManlift is an international company specializing in renting and selling aerial work platforms and related machinery of renowned brands which include JLG, Genie & Teupen among others.
