CMR Surgical Hiring for Office Executive – Dubai Job at Dubai Full Time

We’re looking for an amazing/exceptional Office Executive to join our Admin Team, based in Dubai. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and will be reporting to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Regional Head & Operations Manager with administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing weekly/monthly reports; corresponding email with clients in terms of arranging online or in-person meetings.
• Medium for internal communication between departments to relay correct & timely submission of reports which contributes to data analysis.
• Primary point of contact between management & clients – maintaining customer relationship & satisfaction.
• Prepares agendas for the visiting clients; providing local arrangements such as flight tickets, hotel voucher, airport transfer and ground transportation.
• Administrative Supports during system demonstration.
• Assists the team & customers with local arrangements such as hotel booking, ground transportation and meals
• Prepares business visa travel arrangement for staffs.
• Office facility management – maintaining protocols regarding Health & Safety in the office premises; monitoring Work permit & PPE; housekeeping checklists; maintaining all office register
• Manages & monitors office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Organizes office events and ensures end to end coordination with the vendors & staffs.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office executive or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

It would also be helpful if you have:

• UAE Driving License
• Additional preferred language skills: Hindi, Tagalog, or Arabic
