Position

Main responsibilities

The Retail Operations Coordinator & Controller works closely with the Operations Manager and supports the retail network for the Middle-East Region, helping the retail and operations teams at delivering operational excellence and providing exceptional experience to our internal and external clients.

The main areas of focus are stock management, compliance to internal standards operating procedures, and participation to retail projects (stores openings, events, retail organization, and digital transformation).


Missions & main tasks

  • Stock management
  • Support Middle-East retail operations teams on day to day operations, closely monitor daily activities related to stock movements & stocks adjustments, and process system entries/actions when needed
  • Supervise and challenge the stores on cycle counts activities (respect of the planning, process, supporting documentation, results) and report KPIs to the local management
  • Coordinate the preparation and realization of annual inventories in stores and warehouses across the region and report results and findings to the local management
  • Compliance to internal SOPs
  • Coordinate monthly internal controlling process, challenge compliance over DIOR internal policies and procedures, and prepare executive summaries for the local management
  • Perform store audits as per a pre-set checklist, align with the retail team on findings and required corrective actions, prepare detailed reports for the local management, and follow-up on actions plans
  • Prepare monthly reports to Finance, and perform as ad-hoc investigations and analysis related to sales, cash, and stock management
  • Participation to retail projects
  • Participate to the preparation, set-up and run of retail openings, temporary stores, and events
  • Play an active role in the deployment and follow-up of organizational in-stores projects with related Depts/Teams
  • Provide technical inputs for “localization” of corporate applications and systems, and support launches, run and evolutions
