Job Summary
We are looking for a Chinese Sous Chef for our restaurant.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10 staff to operate the Chinese kitchen smoothly.
Provide ongoing pieces of training for the team.
Create and demonstrate new authentic dishes and traditional techniques for the team on a regular basis.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Traditional Cantonese Cuisine experiences in related positions
Knowledge of Dim Sum and BBQ production required
Opening and Pre-opening restaurant experience is preferred
Strong Leadership with an open mind and willing to travel
Chef with experiences in Dubai and other international cities would be an advantage
