Accounting Assistant cum Purchase Co Ordinator

• Invoice processing
• Processing expense requests
• Cash Expense book maintenance
• Banks reconciliation
• Raising payment voucher
• Basic Administration
• Co-ordinate with purchase assistants in daily routine works
• Processing transactions, issuing checks and updating ledgers, budgets, etc

• Preparing monthly report

• Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.

Store Inventory Controller

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
• Processes purchasing orders as required
• Tracks orders and investigates problems
• Records purchases, maintain database
• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in the related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in the UAE
• With basic accounting knowledge
• Knowledgeable of MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
