MARKETING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Prepares monthly Social Media Calendar per brand: Posts, captions, grid references
- Schedules and oversees photo/video shoot based on the approved references
- Immediate response to inquiries, comments, or messages
- Proper coordination with the Photographer, graphic designer, shop supervisors/outlet-in-charge, chefs: for all social media requirements
- Prepare monthly social media page analytics
Customer reviews monitoring:
- Responds to all customer reviews posted on Zomato, Google, and Tripadvisor in a polite and professional manner
- Informs the Supervisor or Outlet-in-charge about the review/complaints received
- Provides the concerned outlet the customer information if available
Other tasks:
- Prepares contents, shoots, edits, and posts Tiktok and Youtube videos
- Assists in updating delivery platform menus and photos when necessary
- Assists in printing /lamination/distribution of handouts menus when necessary
- Assists in shops events or promotions as needed
- Other tasks necessary or required along the way
Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in a relevant area of marketing
- Graduated Bachelors Degree in the related field
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to contact customers, interest in sales, and manage other tasks independently
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies, social media, and sales methods
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address company needs and concerns
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
