Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver attentive supervision to children, ensuring their safety and overall well-being at all times.Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities that foster physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.Prepare and provide healthy meals and snacks.Establish a structured and consistent daily schedule for the children.Assist with light household tasks, including cleaning and organizing after children’s activities.Support children’s personal hygiene routines, such as bathing and dressing.Work collaboratively with parents to maintain open and effective communication regarding the children’s development and needs.QualificationsDemonstrated experience as a Nanny, Caregiver, or in a similar capacity.Current First Aid and CPR certifications.Strong understanding of child development milestones and appropriate caregiving techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential.Must successfully pass a background check.
