As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing data team that drives innovation and growth.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Establish a strong data team culture and lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives data-driven decision-making.Technology Integration: Architect and integrate emerging technologies to enhance data security, performance, and scalability, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to ensure data solutions support broader business goals and adhere to the highest security standards.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong emphasis on secure data practices and performance optimization.Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in architecting secure data environments, with hands-on experience in zero-trust security models and advanced encryption standards.Regulations Experience: Good understanding of one or more data privacy regulations relevant to Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.Leadership: Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing data teams, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
