We are looking for real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role. If you do not have a real estate background, candidates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.
You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.

Requirements:
Skills – Ability to sell and negotiate.
Confidence – You want to work commission-only to earn the most possible.
Experience – At least 1 year’s Dubai real estate experience.
Certificate: RERA license desirable (not required).
Driving: UAE driving license and car preferred (not required)
