Charterhouse is currently working exclusively with a Beauty distribution company with an impressive portfolio of high-end international beauty brands and a rapidly growing presence in the Middle East region. Our client is looking to hire a proactive, creative and flexible Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team in Dubai.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to deliver and manage all merchandising and production projects, new launches, support store openings and events.
You will be working very closely with the commercial team and report directly to the COO and CEO of the company.
The Visual Merchandising Manager will liaise and negotiate with creative agencies, suppliers, international brands’ HQ, stores and the retailers in the region in order to set the guidelines, timelines and budgets and gather the approvals and additional project specifications.
In addition, the VM Manager will manage the budget and P&L for the Visual Merchandising.
One of the key aspects of this role is to plan and implement seasonal visual updates and adapt brand’s guidelines to the specific markets to drive the business performance and sales in the region.
This is a regional position which requires continuous travelling to other GCC countries.
About you
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, has an exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the beauty sector.
You must have excellent communication skills in English and a capability to interact with external stakeholders in the region and internationally.
This role requires someone who can be flexible to adapt around the needs of the business and frequently travel across the GCC.
