Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international organisation to assist in their search for a HR Recruitment Officer for their growing business. This role will be heavily focused on Recruitment and HR Administration, requiring someone who is passionate about ensuring they hire the absolute best people for the team.

About the role
In this role, you will develop strong relationships embracing a team work approach, reporting to the Human Resources Manager and collaborating with Hiring Managers to assist them in finding the best talent for their teams whilst meeting requirements. At times you will also be required to work with and effectively manage relationships with Agencies.

You will be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment, from creating the Job Description, Screening and Interviewing candidates, to preparing offer letters and employment contracts. You will also be involved in the onboarding process. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working primarily within inhouse recruitment. You will also be able to execute excellent onboarding processes, ensuring you remain engaged with the applicants through-out their pre-joining process to ensure a seamless transition into their role.

In addition, you will be required to assist in the development of recruitment plans and processes to ensure your team is achieving the business goals. This role would suit someone that has a passion for HR, is career driven and enthusiastic, able take on any challenge which is handed to them.

About you
To be considered for this role, you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 4-6 years’ experience in Recruitment. It is essential that you have excellent computer skills as well as strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR Practices would be extremely beneficial.
