Charterhouse is working with an internationally recognised Luxury Retail service agency that provide display and exhibition solutions to its clients in the fashion industry. Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Production Project Manager to oversee its portfolio of luxury retail clients across the UAE & KSA.
About the role
The Production Project Manager will oversee all aspects of its luxury retail client portfolios, including tendering, retention and account management to ensure the client briefs are met and completed to the highest standard.
In conjunction, this role will liaise with clients at site meetings, managing the entire project delivery, including production and quality controls whilst coordinating the appropriate suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, event staff and colleagues to deliver the project.
The Production Project Manager will execute project accounting, including preparing quotes, responding to tenders, budget control and reporting, ensuring all installations are within the schedule. This role will be involved in the preparation of H&S documentation and its compliance across the project portfolio.
About you
The client will look to recruit a Production Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years’ Middle East experience, overseeing the execution of production exhibition projects to the Luxury Retail industry. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track-record of working with retail clients and relevant suppliers and sub-contractors, to deliver production within tight dead-lines.
The selected candidate must be able to organise the delivery and programmes of multiple projects at any given time and hold a relevant educational or practical background. Candidates on-the-ground in the GCC will be considered as a priority.
